Do you have ildren's cars inside the park? And wheelair rental?
Yes, they have a pram rental service upon delivery of a deposit or refundable bond as long as the conditions stipulated at the time of rental are met. To rent wheelairs, find out at Visitor Service.
Are pets allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs. PortAventura World has an animal nursery, where you can leave them in case you need it. These animals must have the corresponding health certificates.
Can I leave the premises and re-enter?
Yes. When leaving, you must request the stamping of the corresponding mark on your hand. This mark, together with the entry ticket of the day, are essential for re-entry.
How to find a lost ild?
PortAventura offers identification bracelets for visitors with ildren. You can purase these waterproof bracelets cometely free of arge at the Visitor Service Office or at the Guest Service of your hotel and stop worrying. Thanks to this free service, the little ones will always return to your side safely.
Are there ticket offices inside the parks?
Yes, PortAventura World has left-luggage services, both outside and inside the Parks, where visitors can deposit any personal belongings they want.
If I buy something, do I have to carry the bags inside the park?
In PortAventura they have a Pick-up service. Make your purases without worrying about their transportation. We leave you the purases from the park stores in El Laboratorio - La Casa del Retrat, in Plaza Mediterrània, totally free, so that you can pick them up when you leave.
Can I smoke inside the park?
No smoking except in special designated areas.
Smoking is not allowed in the resort, except in areas designated for it and whi are duly signposted. In these areas, the minimum interpersonal distance of at least 2 meters must be respected. This prohibition is also apicable to the use of any other tobacco inhalation device, water pipes, hookahs or similar.
